 Rubber To Metal Bonded Parts and Suspension Bushes

The company manufactures a wide range of Rubber to Metal bonded components for automotive and industrial applications. They are manufactured in high-end NBR, CR and RMA based compounds. Internationally acclaimed bonding agents are used for the rubber to metal bonding process. The manufacturing process, from the very first step of sheet metal stamping to the final step of finishing and pre-despatch inspection of the finished products, is undertaken following the principle of zero tolerance for deviations against stringent process and product standards. This is done talking into consideration the importance of these components to the overall smooth functioning of the vehicle and the demanding work environment of the components.

Here our product mix consists of Engine Mounts or Foundation, Transmission Mounts, Cabin Mountings, Bimetal Formed Bushings, Suspension Arm Bushes and Oil Seals. These components are available for wide range of Japanese, European, American, Korean & Indian Commercial Vehicles as well as Passenger vehicles. Mounts for stationary application like generator sets are also available. We have in-house designing facility looking at the criticality of these components.

Here we have the Traditional Mounts and also the most recently introduced Hydraulic Mounts. These mounts ensure the passage of minimum vibration to the chassis and absorb maximum noise & vibration. Whereas the Hydraulic Mounts carries SAE Standard fluid which takes care of engine and transmission besides dampening and reducing the noise and vibration. Also excellent sealing ensures no oil Leakage.

High quality steel tube / seamless pipe are used for these bushings. These components are subject to different types of static as well dynamic testing based on their final application.

These pipes / tubes are zinc coated besides being phosphated under controlled conditions. This gives these bushings long shelf life. This makes these components corrosion resistant to a very great extent.

Constant research by our R&D team has induced our promoters to add this in our profile. Improvised technique have made our quality even better with the introduction of heat resistant Silicon Seals to bear temperature even upto 200 degrees. Material used here is Nitrile, Natural Butile, Viton and Silicone.

Hoses are subjected to actual pressure and temperature conditions to check their quality.
